Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (if applicable).

Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5–10 business days.

Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2–5 business days.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on your location and order weight.

Free shipping may be available on orders above a certain amount.

 

International Shipping

We ship worldwide to most destinations. If you are unsure of your country, email us and we will assist you further.

International delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance and local postal services.

Additional customs duties or taxes may apply, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link to monitor your package’s journey.

Tracking may not be available for some shipping methods or destinations.

 

Delivery Issues

If your package is delayed or you experience any issues, please contact us at info@radiatejewellery.com with your order details.

Ensure that your shipping address provided is accurate to avoid delays or lost shipments.

Note: Delivery sometimes may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays, weather, or customs processing. If you have not received your order after 10 days of shipping, please email us.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Send us an email to info@radiatejewellery.com with your order number and we will guide you through the returns process.

  • If you have received your items already damaged, a photo evidence is required before we process the return. The damaged item must be returned to us at the customers shipping cost.
  • Due to health and hygiene regulations, we cannot return or exchange earrings. Necklaces and rings will be accepted on a case to case basis.
  • Items must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and with its original packaging. 
  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards
  • You have 7 days upon receiving your order to notify us that you would like to return an item and an additional 14 days to send the item back for a refund/exchange to be processed.
  • Refunds will only cover the cost of the items you have purchased.
  • Once you have placed the order, you may not cancel at any cost. Please place the order carefully.
  • We are not in charge of parcels being delivered to incorrect shipping addresses. Please provide the correct shipping address by double checking before confirming the order.
